Most important part of interview-asking question about Salary or Remuneration

The Company cannot make you an offer without also offering a salary, so the cards are stacked in your favor, as long as you hold your ground. First thing you should research for a salary range of that organization or company. If you provide a salary number, it may be too little or too much.  It is really best to have the company go first.  One most important thing to remember: when it comes to discussing your potential salary, never give the number first try to provide a range. The person who gives the first number sets the starting point. But if that's you, you lose. If you request a salary higher than the range for the job, the interviewer will tell you you're high, and you've just lost money. If you request a salary lower than the range, the interviewer will say nothing, they got doubtful about your qualification, and you've just lost money.
If you remained employed during the last several years, you can state your current salary.  Remember, don’t fudge the number, employers will check, or, in some instances require evidence of pay.

Put benefit discussion as a second topic since benefit expense is normally an employee cost, but benefit discussion is very important. You should ask about the complete salary package:  Base, Bonus, Vacation, Personal Days, Holidays, phone allowance, career training, etc.
Salary discussion may be the most difficult part of the interview.  If you remain needing some discussion. This may be one of the most important steps you take.
Best Of luck

  1. I'm really loving the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems? A couple of my blog visitors have complained about my website not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any tips to help fix this problem?
