Change your Cover letter

Cover letter is important because it has created first impression of your resume or CV. So you should be careful when write a cover letter. Here is some instruction how to write an effective covering letters:-

Research the company and the specifics about the position so you can modify your letter to the needs of the organization. The reader must know immediately that you have not sent this letter to another employer. Modify your cover letters and decide how casual or formal you should make your language.

Don’t forget to match their needs to your experience and abilities. Describe what strengths you have to offer by showing the relationship between your skills and experience and the vacancy. You can also describe your previous achievements and how they relate to the vacancy, and identify three reasons why you should be called to interview. Refer the reader to your enclosed CV for additional information
Try to avoid using too many sentences that start with "I" or writing in the passive voice (ex. "This experience enabled me to..." or "Through my internship, I was responsible for..."); instead, make yourself the subject of each sentence and use active descriptions (ex., "In this internship, I demonstrated sound judgment and problem-solving skills on a daily basis."). You need to focus on the company rather than yourself.

You will have researched the company as part of your preparation, so when explaining why you are interested in the organization or position, avoid general statements like ‘I am impressed with your products and growth’. Write specifically about which products, what growth and why you are impressed

Answer the question of ‘why you?’ What makes you worth considering? Emphasize your positive assets, such as education or skills, accomplishments and personal qualities in relation to the employer’s needs. Emphasize your strengths and experience

Use good quality paper that matches your resume paper and envelopes.

Conclude by saying you look forward to discussing your career with the advertiser and be sure to sign your letters. (Black ink is suggested)

Most important part of interview-asking question about Salary or Remuneration

The Company cannot make you an offer without also offering a salary, so the cards are stacked in your favor, as long as you hold your ground. First thing you should research for a salary range of that organization or company. If you provide a salary number, it may be too little or too much.  It is really best to have the company go first.  One most important thing to remember: when it comes to discussing your potential salary, never give the number first try to provide a range. The person who gives the first number sets the starting point. But if that's you, you lose. If you request a salary higher than the range for the job, the interviewer will tell you you're high, and you've just lost money. If you request a salary lower than the range, the interviewer will say nothing, they got doubtful about your qualification, and you've just lost money.
If you remained employed during the last several years, you can state your current salary.  Remember, don’t fudge the number, employers will check, or, in some instances require evidence of pay.
If you provide a salary number, it may be too little or too much.  It is really best to have the company go first.
Put benefit discussion as a second topic since benefit expense is normally an employee cost, but benefit discussion is very important. You should ask about the complete salary package:  Base, Bonus, Vacation, Personal Days, Holidays, phone allowance, career training, etc.
Salary discussion may be the most difficult part of the interview.  If you remain needing some discussion. This may be one of the most important steps you take.
Best Of luck
