Interested people can apply the 35th BCS Preliminary Circular 2014. Candidate have to apply at online with pay receipt no.  Firstly, candidates must pay the fees for BCS Preliminary exam 2014 and then form will fill up by online. Candidates have to submit the form fees at mobile by teletalk operator. After submitting the fees candidates will get a pin number from that official mobile number.
